The hand warmers are designed for the same model but only ones that have a Briggs & Stratton engine....something that was not mentioned anywhere or by you order department when I asked.
Because my blower has a Tecumseh engine I had to do a bit of rewiring to make the hand warmers work and then the light was very dim as the engine doesn't put out enough wattage to run both. So then I had to install an on/off switch for the headlight to run either the light or the hand warmers...but not both at the same time.
A lot of hassle so I suggest that Ariens be made aware of this. I wrote them before installing the hand warmers to see if they would work okay or if their was a "work around" but they never wrote back (12 days have passed) and they have a 48 hour reply policy and they even confirmed having received my e-mail.
Well that's my honest feedback as requested.
