| Give Yourself A Break |
| By Blythe (Blanchester, NY) |
It's bad enough we have to go out on a cold, snowy night and clear the driveway. My husband and I were also done with chapped lips and noses, so we decided to try adding a cab to our snow thrower.
What a difference! Honestly, everyone who gets a snow blower should treat themselves to one of these.
They attach easily and store easily. Having something that keeps the wind and wet snow out of our faces lets us stay out longer, without having to buy stock in Chap Stick.
I'm only sorry we didn't do this sooner! |

| Good Deal On a Reliable Thrower |
| By Chuck (St. Ignatius, MT) |
I ordered this Ariens 520EC from you because of your reputation as a solid internet retailer. The thrower arrived very promptly since I added priority shipment to my order, and I could not be happier.
I have quite a few acres of land and a long winding driveway, which this thing makes short work of. I strongly suggest making the extra investment with the snow cab and the clean out tool (if your model doesn't already come with this feature).
The cab keeps me warm with the strong winter wind, while the clean up tool makes short work of removing anything caught underneath in the blades (plus it keeps your hands safe!) It wouldn't hurt to have some shear pins hanging around either...
Thanks so much! |

| When the First Flakes Start Falling |
| By Jon Hoch, Founder (Bolingbrook, IL) |
Unless you live deep in the heart of Dixie, you're going to experience some snow fall this winter.
When should you expect the first flake to fall?
Surprisingly, altitude is just as important as latitude.
It historically snows in the mountains of Arizona and New Mexico before Chicago.
To estimate the first snow fall in your area, check out the map provided by NOAA.
Just make sure you order your snow blower before the white stuff arrives. :) |
