The Ariens ST26LE is the largest of the Ariens compact snow thrower family. When it comes to a two-stage “consumer” grade snow thrower, the ST26LE is just the ticket in terms of its features and its performance. Ideal for long driveways, this workhorse will make short work of the heavy, white stuff those nasty winter storms leave behind.
The Ariens ST26LE is always ready. The powerful 249cc Ariens branded engine (by Briggs and Stratton) will fire right up using the standard electric start system. This machine features an aluminum gear case that provides additional power – especially in extreme snow conditions. Plus, the taller, steel chute discharges snow higher and farther.
And just like its little “cousin”, the Ariens ST22LE, the Ariens ST26LE has been improved for this year. The intake housing height has been increased to 20” tall, so dealing with snow falls of up to 12 inches, and drifts as deep as 18 inches should be no problem. Wider tires on this year’s model will enhance traction and turning ability. The new pedestal headlight on the control panel will light up your path on those dreary winter evenings, and heavier intake augers allow this machine pull in more snow.
