A: Anthony - if warranty service is necessary on a Sno-Tek snow blower, you would take it to the closest Ariens authorized service center in your area.

A: Matt - The Sno-Tek 28" snow blower is NOT delivered fully assembled. You will need to fold up and attach the upper handle to the lower handle, and you will need to assemble and attach the discharge chute to the auger housing. It's pretty easy to complete the needed assembly, but the unit is not fully assembled
