Q: Will this blower attachment( Husqvarna (42") Two-Stage Snow Blower (Tractor Mount) , fit an Ariens 22HP V-Twin Tractor that I bought in 2010 new from Home depot ? If not is there one that would fit my tractor ?

A: Rick - yes, the Husqvarna tractor mount snow blower will fit on the Ariens brand lawn tractors sold by The Home Depot. The Ariens tractors are actually manufactured by Husqvarna.

Q: Are snow blower attachments available for Zero Turn lawn mowers? Like Toro, Husqvarna, Snapper?

A: Marvin - I am not aware of a snow blower attachment that will fit on a zero turn mower. There is a company called the Country Clipper that makes a snow plow attachment for a zero turn mower, but I don't recall ever seeing a snow blower attachment. Sorry.

Q: I have a Husqvarna LTH2042 lawn tractor. Are there any other snow blowers that will work on it such as an MTD OEM-190-032 or OEM-190-823?

A: When it comes to the snow blower attachments, it really is much easier to stay brand specific. Most likely you could use another brand like the MTD, but the mounting is not always the easiest and some fabrication may have to be done, so this is not something we suggest.

If your Husqvarna is a 2006 or newer with the Tex-style frame, the Husqvarna model would be perfect.

Q: Will this snowblower attachment fit on an Ariens? It's Model A20BH42. It looks very similar to the Husqvarna LTH18538

A: Most likely this would fit. It is going to depend on how it would mount exactly, but the Ariens tractors are made by Husqvarna and should have a lot of the same features. So most of the attachments can and will work, but you would want to check it out first, as we don't have the information on the Ariens tractors like we do for the Husqvarna.

Q: Greetings,
I am looking at buying the "Husqvarna YTH22V42 (42") 22HP Lawn Tractor (2011 Model)", and the "Husqvarna (42") Two-Stage Snow Blower (Tractor Mount)" as a pair. What I am not clear on is:

Does this YTH22V42 tractor have the mounts to attach and use the Snow Blower?

Is there any other hardware "Needed" to make these two units work together?

Do these units come assembled? I don't mean attached, I mean do I have to but wheels on, liquid in the battery, etc?

A: Thanks for your inquiry. The snow blower will come with everything you need to mount to your lawn tractor. The YTH22V42 will be equipped to have this accessory mounted to the body. The lawn tractor arrives fuly assembled.
