| MTD Yard Machines Electric (12.5") 6-Amp Snow Buster Review |
| By Bob Allen (Seattle, WA) |
For the money, it's pretty good. Sure beats shoveling!
I was skeptical whether such a small unit would do an adequate job, but it did the trick rather well.
I cleared out our single-car driveway with it and the patio after a 13 inch snowfall. It threw the snow completely across the street in a high arc.
We don't have the room for a larger one, but this one's easy to store. If you're trying to clear thick snow, you'll have to start at the top of the snow & work your way down, but it's certainly do-able.
I'd buy it again. |

Don't waste your money.
It is too under powered, to breakable. It doesn't throw the snow anywhere but 2 feet in front of you.
Doesn't move wet snow at all. |
