 Good Product

I just went through the Blizzard of 2011 in Chicago and this machine was awesome. It pushed through 20 inches of snow without a problem. It started right away and ran for 4 hours while I took care of my house as well as 4 other houses down the street.

It's too bad they discontinued it. Maybe it ran too well?

 10 year old machine still throws the stuff!

I have 10 year old MTD 28" 2 stage with electric & recoil start that is running and looks as good as the day I bought it.

It is March 2, 2009 and I just had two feet of snow in my driveway. I started it up and cleared area 12' x50' using the 2nd gear in this 6 speed transmission (2 reverse gears). It walked through it like nothing at all.

My unit has an 8 HP Tecumsah engine that never uses oil and always starts first time. If you had a larger area to snow blow this unit would do the trick.
