A very good snow blower
Starts right up, is light and easy to maneuver, and can really throw snow. If you only have an inch or so, there is not enough to get thrown very far, but 6+ will really fly out. I just used it on 15 inches of wet snow, and it made it easier than shoveling, although you have to chip away at it when there is that much snow, particularly the wet stuff. I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice when it works.
This snowblower broke after two months of using it. I was told that although it is under warranty, I'm still going to have to pay someone in my area to fix it.
I don't think it's right that I have to pay to fix something that I've barely used. There is only one person in this town that can do that, and they were out of town for the remainder of the winter.
SBD RESPONDS: The large majority of warranties are limited to defects materials and workmanship; they don't cover damage from use, or abuse. It is up to the manufacturer to determine what is covered and what is not.
The Murray Dealer Locator shows 3 dealers in the 50 mile area around Aberdeen, SD: Nelson Sales & Service at 21 2nd Avenue NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401; Gary's Engine & Repair 111 First Avenue N.E., Aberdeen, SD 57401; and Hick's Mowers at 1206 Main Street, Britton, SD 57430. Hopefully one of these will be able to provide assistance.

My lucky day
My Murray 190cc auger drive snow blower arrived last week. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
I know that sounds strange--perfect condition--but I have received all too many online purchases that are a total mess when they arrived.
Anyway---It has snowed every day since it arrived, and the neighbors all fault me because of my purchase. The Murray is a great unit. Strong, simple design, easy to start, and moves as fast as I would want it to go.
It si the best priced unit on the market. I shopped around and this is by far the most powerful and largest unit on the market at this price. With all that said---you won't be sorry ifyou buy this Murray snow blower.
My neighbor has the monster of all blowers--a John Deere. It's hard to get out of the garage, hard to turn, and just not something the average homeowner would need or want. This compact Murray answers all the above and more.
Can you tell I'm really pleased?
PS--I know what snow is; I live in Buffalo!

First Snow Blower
Used our first snow blower the day we got it. It was super simple to put together and it started on the first pull.
This snow blower was very easy to use and turn. What used to take 45 minutes to shovel took less than 20.
it's lightweight and the chute control worked great. I used it three times the first day 'cause it snowed all day.
