| I wish I bought before the Big Snow Storm. |
| By Jim (Centreville, VA) |
I bought this snowblower after we received 20+ inches of snow. I ordered on a Tuesday, and it arrived on Sunday. Fast service from Snowblower Direct.
I used it once to clear a sidewalk and worked great. It was easy to put together. No real bells and whistles, but easy to use, since this is my first snowblower.
I just wish I had it before, as you can see with picture which was done by shovel. Can't wait until the next big one, hopefully this year, but probably won't be for another 10 years. |

| Thank You from the bottom of my heart |
| By Diane (Langhorne, PA) |
You people are amazingly wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just ordered a snow blower from you 2 days ago and my elderly father just received it now , less than 48 hours from ordering.
I wish I heard of you before dealing with the horrific customer service with a large national chain store.
Thank You from the bottom of my heart, and thank you for sending this snow blower to my Dad before his heart gave out.
He lives outside of Pittsburgh, his snow blower died and he has been shoveling snow for the last 2 weeks by hand.
Thanks for being so great! |

| Good machine but... |
| By todd (Wyoming, MI) |
The Murray snowblower is an excellent machine.
The Briggs engine and the sturdy assembly makes is a strong tool. You get the best for your money but no perks.
The lever to change your speed is in the lower back of the engine meaning that you have to get down every time to change from forward to reverse, and the chute has to be operated manually.
You also have to stop the machine completely in order to change gears.
Other than that is a good piece of equipment. |
