Snow Joe 621 Works Great
My sister (81 yrs) and I (72 yrs) are very pleased with the Snow Joe 621. It is easy to handle and has been doing a great job with all the snow we've been getting in Bridgewater, New Jersey. So far our top amount has been about 8-9 inches in the driveway but more in the drifts. It's sure been getting a good workout!! Prior to this, we had a bigger 15-yr-old Toro snow blower but didn't want to spend the $300 we were told it needed in repairs. Plus it's so nice not to have to bother with... more

First Snow
My driveway is fairly steeply sloped. I was going uphill and threw the power cord over the unit upon changing directions. a word to the wise...power cords tend to slide downhill and often into the blades of the blower. Rookie mistake and lesson learned.

Prior to that, the unit was doing well, moving the snow cleanly and efficiently. Probably would have been even better if this was Nebraska.

It Works
Second time I used this in last 30 days. First time light powder about 4 inches and what use to take 2 hours of shoveling took 45 minutes. Today's storm was 10 inches of wet snow. Didn't think it could handle but just took it a little slower and it went down to bare pavement. I was impressed. Already paid for itself and saved my back. Only complaint I have is the chute vibrates from its position and you have to hold the crank to keep the snow shooting in the direction you want.
Pros: Easy To Use, Price, Exceeded Expectations, Easy To Store
