I ordered my snowblower and received it well in advance of the Blizzard of 2010 that caused my city, New York to come to a halt. I am sure glad I did. It was delivered on time and placed in my backyard as per my instructions.
It was easy to assemble, and as it is my habit, I read the instruction manual.
After the blizzard was over, it was time for the big test. For a small machine, it did a very good job. I was pleasantly surprised. Keep in mind that we had at least 20 inches of snow. While my neighbors were shoveling and eyeballing me with envy, I was pushing and letting the snowblower do all the work.
Since this was the first time I ever used a snowblower, I learned that it helps if you have a plan of attack. That is where to start to make the first pass so that one does not put snow back on the path just cleared, but this is a minor issue that is easily solved with experience.
The Wire Extreme Cold extension cord stayed flexible and did not stiffen due to the extreme cold temperature.
Overall I give this snowblower a thumbs up and that's no bull (Toro)
