We understand that things change. You're welcome to cancel your order at anytime BEFORE IT SHIPS without penalty.
After It Ships
We're also happy to pay for your shipping if you purchase an snow blower from us. However, if you cancel your order AFTER IT SHIPS, we won't be so generous. After all, you asked us to ship it, and we did.
If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover our "to" and "from" shipping costs.
The fee varies depending which products are ordered:
Accessories Only: $10.00
Single-Stage Snow Blowers: $50.00
Two-Stage Snow Blowers: $100.00

Please email us at service@snowblowersdirect.com or call (888) 317-7669 to find out if your order has shipped before canceling.
Please allow us 12-24 hours to determine its status with the manufacturers before canceling. Our web site tracking system is not realtime and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect your shipping status.
