The scraper bar fit OK but it does not have a scraper edge on it, it is just a piece of strap iron with 5 holes in it. I hope when I use it the bar will work like the original one did.

A Lesson Learned
Buy with caution. I purchased this item thinking that a 24" scraper bar would fit all Ariens 24" snow blowers. Well I was wrong. I have a 24" Platinum snow blower.
It didn't fit. I had to purchase the correct one from Ariens. I thought that I was getting a deal here because it was cheaper and there was no tax. A lesson learned!
