One Frustrating Nightmare
I bought this machine in 10/2011, because the salesman said it would be easy for a woman to use. (I am a "senior) There was not a lot to assemble and all went well until one had to connect a "universal joint" to the "chute control." You just lined the two parts up and there was a small connecting part, which you screwed the two together with. The problem was that neither of the two "rods" came even close to one another let alone being to connect one to... more

I owned this model for a week. The first time I used it on a cold day in moderately deep snow. It seemed to perform OK. When I tried to shut it off the "key" wouldn't work. I exchanged it for a new one and when I took the new one out of the box it wouldn't start. I took it to a Sears store and the technician couldn't even get it started. Sears finally exchanged it for a third one. (Note: by this point I haven't even used my 'new' snow blower to clear even one snowfall.) I have... more

Great Snow Blower
I bought this snow blower in Sept 2014 to get ready for the winter months. I wanted a snow blower I could handle with ease (I am a woman) but that my husband wouldn't mind using, too. We have owned other snowblowers before - much larger ones - which we used when we lived in MA and Upstate NY. So we weren't sure what to expect from this smaller Craftsman snowblower.

Well, after two winters in VA including the big Blizzard we experienced in VA this year, we couldn't be happier with the... more
